This caution notice is being issued in the public interest and addressed on behalf of “Famyananta Capital Investment Private Limited” having its corporate / registered office at 12-14, 3rd Floor, Brady House, Veer Nariman Road, Fort, Stock Exchange, Mumbai - 400001, Maharashtra, India which is acting as the Investment manager to “Ananta Capital Ventures”, A Trust registered under the provisions of Indian Trust Act, 1882 which has floated Ananta Capital Ventures Fund I , registered with SEBI as category II AIF ( “Fund”). It has come to our notice that unscrupulous persons have been trying to mislead the public by wrongfully claiming to be the part of our Company/Trust/Fund. It has further been brought to our notice that such unknown persons have also made a fraudulent website at GPFIVE.ONLINE and are illegally and illicitly using the name, logo, and identity of our Company/Trust/Fund and/or its officials, without our authorization, on the fraudulent website. These individuals are luring people into opening trading accounts and asking them to deposit funds into their trading accounts under false pretenses. They are making deceptive offers involving lottery and lucky draw schemes, enticing victims with promises of cash rewards for investing in IPO’s and share trading, and subsequently extorting their funds. Additionally, these fraudsters have created fraudulent group / telegram channel that camouflage themselves as Company/Trust/Fund or its officials and falsely/fraudulently promise a huge amount of returns against their investment. These social media groups/Telegram Channels are illegally and illicitly using the name, logo and identity of Company/Trust/Fund and/or its officials, without authorization, with the intent to misguide and cheat the potential investors. We hereby inform to the public at large that we have neither invited any money from third party individual investors for subscribing IPO or shares nor demanded any money for trading or any other purpose and have no plans to do so in the future. We do not have any platform or website for general public (individuals) to invest in IPO or stocks. One example of these are telegram group “Ananta Capital N828” fraudulently using “Ananta Capital” name . Please note that neither the Trust or the Fund or its representatives or employees nor any of the Group company have anything to do with these fake social media groups/entities. Please be advised that any person corresponding with such individuals, agencies, groups, channels running on any apps or social media platforms in any manner whatsoever or fall prey to such fraudulent activities will be doing so at their own risk, as to costs and consequences. Members of general public are hereby cautioned and warned that no one should respond to such fake solicitations. The Trust / Fund and its representatives or employees or the group companies shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage that anyone may suffer or incur owing to any transactions made or amounts given or invested on their advice or with such fake social media groups/entities.
